Pipes
As ENKE GROUP, we offer stainless steel, carbon steel, HDPE and PVC pipes (tubes) and fittings that will meet the needs of our customers.
Steel Pipe and Fittings
Steel pipe can be welded or seamless. Continuous tubes are made by passing molten steel over a drill rod to form a hollow tube. Welded pipes are made by crimping a rolling plate and making the seam together. In the past, seamless pipes were stronger than welded pipes. However, advances in technology have ensured that welded pipes have enough strength to replace welded pipes for many applications.
Stainless Steel Pipe and Fitting
There are many advantages to using stainless steel pipes and tubes. Resistant to corrosion and oxidation, resistance to high temperatures, cleaning and low maintenance costs, and maintaining the purity of materials in contact with the stainless steel pipe are some of them.
Stainless seamless pipes are generally used where there is high pressure. The reason for this is that the pressure resistance of the stainless drawn pipes is higher than the other stainless welded pipes. The biggest reason for the high pressure resistance of the stainless drawn pipe is that the pipes are cast as one piece.
Stainless Welded Pipes are a type of stainless pipe with lower pressure resistance than stainless seamless pipes. The main reason for this is that it is produced by welding on the surfaces during the production phase. All of the pipes used for decorative purposes are from welded pipe group pipes.
HDPE & PVC Pipes and Fittings
-HDPE Pipes have high flexibility. In this way, they provide convenience in assembly.
-PE Pipes are not affected by underground movements, they have no breaking properties.
-HDPE Pipes have high impact resistance and crack propagation resistance.
-HDPE Pipes are suitable for laying under the sea, they are not affected by sea water and sea movements. HDPE Pipe Diameters can be produced upon request.
PVC Pipes are resistant to corrosion, Shows resistance to impacts and pressure, smooth, homogeneous, inner surfaces does not produce bacteria, does not smell.
