YDRO PROCESS® Oil-grease breaks down biosurfactants produced by nocardia and cyanobacteria and prevents foam formation.

We prevent foam formation with specially developed bacteria.

All treatment plants use chemicals against foam formation and these chemicals negatively affect floc formation.

With specially developed bacterial cultures, it breaks down biosurfactants produced by Nocardia and cyanobacteria and prevents foam formation, thus reducing chemical use in treatment plants and supporting floc formation.

In addition, it eliminates filamentous bacteria with the help of Yucca schidigera type bacteria and removes the foam that forms.

Odor Removal

Combine odor prevention and removal technology for a complete solution.
The absence of dissolved oxygen and anaerobic bacteria reduce sulfate to hydrogen sulfide, which causes odor in wastewater.
Thanks to the volatility of hydrogen sulphide in wastewater, it passes from water to air and combines with free oxygen in the air to form sulfuric acid (H2SO4).
By using specially developed bacterial cultures, biochemical mixtures containing surfactants and biocatalysts, bad odors resulting from putrefaction are eliminated.
