Panel Diffusers
Panel diffusers are used in industrial and municipal treatment plants as well as in waste leachate wastewater treatment plants. A large oxygenation surface is achieved with movable diffuser systems and minimal installation equipment. Since the waste water treatment process is very heavy and difficult to apply, the membranes of Panel diffusers are produced from HTPU (Polyurethane) material. In some applications, EPDM membranes are also used in waste leachate wastewater treatment plants.
Since the pipe and socket pendant (connection) parts of Panel Diffusers are exposed to high levels of chemicals, they are made of PP (polypropylene) material to increase resistance.
The socket pendant (connection) parts of Panel Diffusers are designed to be mounted on DN100, DN150, DN200 and DN250 stainless pipes. With its integrated check valve feature, it prevents the backflow of water or different particulate matter into the diffuser and pipe.
The available check valve feature is ideal for systems that operate continuously on/off. Requires minimal maintenance for long-term high performance.
Membranes of the panel diffusers have so special hole design. There are two different hole design for membranes, one of them; just perforation design top-half of surface and the second one is ; completly perforation of all surface of the membrane. The shape of Panel diffuser support high oxygen transfer efficiency that’s why Panel Diffusers are designed to the areation tank %60-65 density.
Panel diffusers are produced from PP material (pipe and PP Saddle) for mechanical durability due to high chemical exposure.
In addition, the PP Saddle of the Panel Diffusers are designed to be mounted on DN100-DN150-DN200-DN250 Stainless Pipe.
