Fast Dryer
Fast drying units are highly efficient sludge drying systems. The most obvious advantage of Fast drying plant is that it produces a high dryness end product in a limited area and carries out this process with low costs. Rapid drying systems are a very useful system for small capacity treatment plants in terms of low operating and investment costs.
In addition, it is practical due to the shortness of the sludge processing process time, it can be easily operated and started to dry sludge.
Since the product is dried by passing it through high temperatures in a short time, the product is dried by giving off the moisture inside before reaching high temperatures.
Fast Dryer Process Description
Fast Dryer breaks the product into small pieces and provides pneumatic drying with hot air. In response to the suction fan’s desire to draw the product, a pressure drop occurs inside the dehydrator, which performs reverse suction, and moisture is removed from the product before it reaches high temperatures. And thus, fuel consumption is minimized.
1. Wet Product Collection Bunker: The moist product is poured into the bunker here.
2. Wet Product Feeding Conveyor: The product is transported from the bunker to the drying system with the help of a double system helix.
3. Feeder: It is the mechanism that allows the product to be inserted into the dehydrator for drying.
4. Dehydrator: It is our specially designed machine where the drying process of the product takes place.
5. Inferno: It is the section that provides hot air entry into the system with the help of a burner.
6. Cyclone: It is the section that allows the dry product to be separated and dropped.
7. Air Lock: It is the section that prevents air from entering the system from outside and maximizes drying efficiency by ensuring that the product is discharged in a healthy manner.
8. Waste Heat Recovery Unit: It is the unit that provides the hot air coming out of the chimney as thermal input back into the system.
9. Suction Fan: It is the section that provides hot air circulation.
10. Chimney: It throws the humid air in the system out.
11. Dry Product Exit Conveyor: It is the machine that transports the dried product to the desired location.
