Mechanical Multirake Screen

Mechanical Multi Rake Screens (Mechanical Screens) could be manufactured in variety of bar sizes as in coarse or fine range and can be used in industrial treatment plants as well as inlet structures and municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Mechanical Screens are angularly mounted to channels. The product is chain driven (chain driven screen) and the multiple rakes operate continuously along the bars to remove the scum and solid waste that deposit on the screen. The solid waste is separated from the water when the chains reach to the top reverses its position along the axis to dump the solid waste into a container.

These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel.
