Mechanical Band Screen

Mechanical Band Screen could be manufactured in a fine range and can be used in industrial treatment plants as well as inlet structures and municipal wastewater treatment plants.

They are mounted in the channel with an angle. Band screens (Belt screen) are chain driven and the continuously rotating metal belt segregates the solid waste from the wastewater. Either with a brush or spray mechanism the solid wastes are collected and dumped into a container.

These band screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel.
