Compact Unit
The compact unit is a system developed to separate solid particles, oil and sand from domestic and industrial wastewater. It allows parsing on a single machine.
First of all, the waste water passing through the screens reaches the sand separation tank. The wastes held here are dewatered with a screen press and discharged with a discharge pipe. In the sand and oil section, while the sand settles to the bottom, the oil comes to the surface and decomposes. The settled sand is pushed into the funnel at the bottom of the tank by a spiral. In order to prevent the precipitation of organic materials, the waste water is aerated and mixed with a blower-diffuser system. The sand accumulated in the funnel at the bottom of the tank is transported upwards and discharged into the container by means of an angled mounted conveyor at the same time providing dewatering. With the degreasing section, the oil accumulated on the surface is taken from the oil section with the scraper or sluice system.
