Industrial Wastewater Treatment

HomeIndustrial Wastewater Treatment

Industrial Treatment applications are facilities where wastewater originating from businesses operating especially in organized industrial zones is treated and brought to levels that are suitable for discharge limits or usable as utility water, and where chemical and biological treatment is performed.

The main units in these facilities are;

Pumping stations, physical treatment units, balancing tanks, chemical fast-slow mixers, chemical sedimentation tanks, biological aeration tanks, biological final sedimentation tanks, chemical and biological sludge dewatering units and disinfection units.

Some industrial wastewaters may have excessive organic content, be easily biodegradable, excessive inorganic content or be toxic. Wastewaters in this scope are quite dangerous and the most appropriate treatment method must be selected according to the project. Chemical Treatment Processes, Biological Treatment Processes, MBR Processes and, if necessary, Advanced Oxidation Processes can be used in an integrated manner for such wastewaters.

Industrial Purification processes are the process of bringing water to the desired chemical norms using applications determined by scientific studies and experienced methods of chemical elements. This process is mostly used to meet the needs that arise in industrial usage areas. Although it is divided into different segments, the purification method is generally parallel. Balancing, mixing, sedimentation and ventilation processes are applied in the processes of using water in chemical norms on the supply side and making the wastewater suitable for discharge with chemical norms after use.
